BELLINI
INGREDIENTS: one litre of "Prosecco" wine two white peaches lemon juice
PREPARATION: Blend the peaches and add the lemon juice. Chill the "Prosecco" wine and add the peaches whilst delicately stirring the mix. Serve well chilled.
