
CANAPE' with MUSHROOMS

INGREDIENTS:
8 slices of bread
300gr of mushrooms
50gr of butter
1/2 glass of cream
salt and pepper
PREPARATION:
Slice the mushrooms and cook them in a fry pan together with the butter, salt and pepper. Once the mushrooms begin to let out the water, add the cream.
Continue to cook them for about twenty minutes until a cream is obtained.
Toast the sliced bread and cover it with the mushrooms. Serve hot.
