
CROUTONS with FIGS and DRY-CURED SPICED HAM
INGREDIENTS:
12 ripe figs
150gr dry-cured spiced ham
12 slices of home made style bread
PREPARATION:
Peel the figs and mash the pulp inside a bowl using a fork. Mince the spiced ham, mix it with the mashed figs and spread the mix obtained over the slices of bread.
A real delicacy.
