
CUMEL
INGREDIENTS:
one litre of "Grappa"
20gr of Cumino seeds
PREPARATION:
Place the cumin seeds into the "Grappa" and leave them in infusion for 30 days, after this time has lapsed, filter the liqueur using a cloth.
Serve as a digestive.
Note: the cumin plant is found in the mountains at an altitude of 1300m and its seeds are picked during the month of August.
