
SEAFOOD SALAD

INGREDIENTS:
100gr of baby prawns
10-12 squills
600gr of mussels
hashed parsley
lemons
garlic, salt and pepper
PREPARATION:
Thoroughly clean the fish. Peel the baby prawns and the squills and place them into a pot of slightly salted boiling water: boil them for about four minutes. Place the mussels into a fry pan with some oil and a clove of garlic and allow them to open over the flame. Remove one of the shells and allow them to cool down.
Place the fish on a serving dish, season it with the lemon juice, a touch of salt and a sprinkle of parsley. Garnish the plate with whole slices of lemon.
