
ALMOND LIQUEUR
INGREDIENTS:
500gr of alcohol at 36 degrees
500gr of water
350gr of sugar
50gr of minced almonds
one lemon skin
one sachet of vanilla, half sachet of grated nutmeg
PREPARATION:
Place the almonds, lemon skin, vanilla and grated nutmeg into a closed container together with the alcohol for 12 days.
Then, filter the liquid and add the water and sugar. The liqueur will then be ready but be warned drink it in small doses.
