
FEAST PELLETS
INGREDIENTS:
100gr of "mascarpone" cheese
30gr of butter
100gr of icing sugar
one egg-yolk
30gr of powdered sour cocoa
one spoonful of Marsala (or any other sweet liqueur)
100gr of dry biscuits
small coloured cake decorations
PREPARATION:
Lay the dry biscuits onto a cloth and crush them, but not completely, using a rolling-pin. In a bowl, mix the melted butter, mascarpone cheese and egg-yolk well. Then, add the liqueur, cocoa and crushed biscuits.
Allow the mix to rest in the refrigerator for about two hours. Roll the pellets by using a spoon to determine the dose of the mix and then form each ball by rolling the mix in between the palms of the hands to obtain the round shape. Roll the pellets into the small coloured cake decorations and serve cold.
