
PASTA and BEANS

INGREDIENTS:
one kilogram of fresh beans
one large onion (140gr)
150gr of pork lard
200gr of pasta (choose between ditalini, rigati or spaghettini)
PREPARATION:
Boil the beans in plenty of salted water.
Cut the onion into small pieces and the lard into small cubes. When the beans are half cooked (after approx. one hour of cooking), add the onion and lard and continue to cook for another hour and a half. Drain the beans and add the chosen pasta.
Continue to cook until the pasta is cooked and then serve.
