
STUFFED TOMATOES

INGREDIENTS:
four large tomatoes
two boiled eggs
100gr of dripped tuna
mayonnaise
parsley
PREPARATION:
Remove the top part of the tomatoes, the seeds and allow the tomatoes to drip upside down. In a bowl, mix the egg, which should have been broken by means of a fork, tuna, parsley and amalgamate the lot with the mayonnaise.
Fill the tomatoes with the mix and garnish the top part of the tomato with some mayonnaise and parsley leaves. Serve cold.
