
ORANGE PUNCH
INGREDIENTS:
500gr of alcohol at 36 degrees,
500gr of water
5 orange skins,
2gr of cinnamon
a few carnation cloves
half of a grated muscatel walnut
PREPARATION:
Place the alcohol, orange skins, carnation cloves, muscatel walnut and cinnamon into a container. Leave it to rest for forty days and be sure to stir it twice a day. Once this period has lapsed, add the water and sugar: the punch will then be ready.
