
RADICCHIO with LARD

INGREDIENTS:
400gr of red radicchio of Treviso
100gr of lard
vinegar and wine
oil, salt and pepper
PREPARATION:
Clean and wash the radicchio, slice it in the long sense and place it into a salad bowl. Cut the lard into small cubes and place it into a saucepan with some oil.
Allow it to colour at low flame and add a spray of oil. Remove it from the stove and after two minutes pour it directly onto the radicchio.
