
RISOTTO with PEAS

INGREDIENTS:
200gr of rice
100gr of fresh peas
one small onion
one stock cube
parsley
oil
PREPARATION:
Pour some oil into a non-stick saucepan, add the stock cube and the finely cut onion. Add the peas, some parsley and cook for about half an hour at low flame, adding some water or broth.
Pour the rice into the saucepan, add the salt and pepper and cook for about 15-20 minutes. Serve hot.
