
SARDE in SAOR

INGREDIENTS:
800gr of sardines or else small dabs
500gr of onion
250gr of vegetable oil
100ml of vinegar
PREPARATION:
Stew the onion that should not, however, be cut up too finely, for about 15 minutes then wet it with vinegar and allow it to evaporate.
Adequately add salt and pepper. Flour the sardines and fry them in the hot oil and then place them in a heat resistant glass dish and cover them with the stewed onions. Let the dish rest for at least two days before consuming.
