
SPAGHETTI alla CARBONARA

INGREDIENTS:
500gr of spaghetti
250gr of diced sweet bacon
one small onion
two eggs
oil
parsley
PREPARATION:
In a cooking pan stir fry the bacon together with the oil and onion (which can be either sliced or diced depending on personal preferences).
Cook the spaghetti normally and, when cooked, drain and pour it into the fry pan with the bacon without removing it from the flame. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl, add salt and pepper and a touch of cut-up parsley. Pour the sauce obtained over the spaghetti and mix well for about a minute so that the egg is cooked sufficiently. Serve well hot.
