
SPAGHETTI with CLAMS

INGREDIENTS:
500gr of spaghetti
1.2kg of clams
one piece of butter
one glass of white wine
half a glass of olive oil
one diced clove of garlic,
a small handful of cut-up parsley, pepper
PREPARATION:
Carefully wash the clams and place them into a fry pan with some oil, butter, white wine, garlic and parsley.
Add the pepper and let it cook for about 5 minutes until the clams begin to open. Pour the spaghetti, cooked to the "al dente" point in salted water, into the fry pan, sprinkle some fresh parsley and serve.
