
CHESTNUT CAKE
INGREDIENTS:
250gr of boiled and skinned chestnuts
150gr of sugar
1/2 litre of whipped cream
four eggs
salt
PREPARATION:
Having boiled and skinned the chestnuts, mix them in a blender until they become a thin powder.
Work the egg yolks together with the sugar and add them to the chestnuts, add the firmly beaten albumen and delicately mix the lot together.
Oven cook at 180°C for 45 minutes. When the cake has cooled down, cut it in half and add the whipped cream.
